I like this waitrose have been a few times over the years when we visit family living nearby. It's small but clean well stocked and the staff are pleasant whether on the aisles or at the tills.

Well I went to collect my John Lewis parcels from waitrose,the service was really fast as they do email you to let you know that your parcels are ready for collection.You can even check in following the link on the email to let them know you will be there in 15 minutes or you already in the supermarket ? brilliant ? loved it.Customer service was great,the lady who handed me my parcels was really friendly and she was doing her job with a smile on her face.It is so nice when you see supermarkets assistants being so friendly and sometimes it can even make your day. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name,thank you

What is it with this branch? ALWAYS out of stock of practically everything. Empty shelves everywhere and almost totally empty freezers. This is a common occurrence at this branch. Why can't they manage stock like the Kingsthorpe branch? Seriously unimpressed with 'the partner' who is responsible for managing this store
