If you open an account virtually, they will not deal with issues online like other banks do. They will force you to go into branch and have very old processes.

Hi. I live in London but my account is close but I have money in my account they said I need to go to my local branch but I don?t have one they are all close. Is this Northampton branch is it open let me know please. People who work for them they don?t know anything. Thanks

I have always found the staff in branch really helpful. I call in for change to pay certain groups I attend, never a problem. Last week I took a tumble and made my way to the bank. I was sat down, given a cuppa and settled before I went on my way. This is a busy branch but they have always been really helpful and take time to explain anything I need to know

Simply time stealers,casino players and spies-they never have five pound notes in cash machine (ATM).So not able to pay requested sum.While on withdrawal receipts in bank statement still writing yorkshire bank.That bank branch in Kettering was closed as soon as I withdrawn sum of 175£,welinghborough branch aswell was closed asap and they hiding under virgin money name.While their "virginity"not checked.

Went to the bank to request an overdraft for the business we have never used them for anything they were hard to get hold off extremely disrespectful and down right ignorant the customer service is disgusting never bank with these people if you are thinking of switching or opening an account do not do it they are pathetic oh and in 18 years of banking with them they have never once approached me for an account review or offer any services truly a pathetic organisation

Went to the bank in order to open up a new account, my papers where checked and I specially requested an appointment for the next day at 1:30 pm so I would not have to wait because I had to be at work at 2:45. Have arrived at the bank at 13:15, the lady that made the appointment told me to have a seat and wait for 5 minute. I have waited for 25 minutes until I went back to her and she told me to wait another 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes then just stud up and left.
That was disappointing, disrespectful and a waste of my time! I will never recommend this....
