Walking past and called in to see what children?s clothing they had for my granddaughter and so glad I did. I got amazing quality well made clothing at brilliant prices (did help that. A sale was on), best part though was the exceptional service I got from the sales lady there, she spent considerable time checking stock and ordering sizes from the warehouse for me. I will make tis place a must go to every time im in town

The two ladies were fantastic this evening (13.07.22) I didn't catch their names but they are a credit to the store! So helpful and friendly whilst shopping for emergency swimwear, I will 100% shop here again I have always loved joules but the staff have just made the whole thing even better! Thanks ladies

Bought a lovely top my daughter this weekend quality of clothing is Great, would recommend to anyone. Staff on the counter Are just exceptional so welcoming and happy and engaging, made my daughter feel very very special thank you all.
