My son needed a new suit and the service from all staff, was brilliant. Raniya was very attentive and professional and advised on alterations and put the pins in to show my son what needed to be done. When my son tried the suit on with alterations having been made it looked excellent and fitted very well. Would highly recommend.

Had custom made suits for our wedding recently. We hit a few pins & snags along the way but sorted out without a problem. Have to say a big thanks to Grant & Ruben for all your help getting us sorted out.

Im seeing good reviews but whenever I visit I've noticed none of the reps are wanting to help. If we ask for a size they'll be gone for ages and return saying they don't have that size and wouldn't even have a chat to understand what they might like or give options or say what's in style now etc. Maybe I'm a bit old fashioned but we have stopped shopping here because of this lack of interest and acknowledgement from the team.

Decided I needed to but a jacket to match some other bits I already had. Took my stuff with me to try on with a few jackets hoping I?d get some help in store with this. The first guy I spoke to just questioned my sizing when I suggested my size then disappeared. I ended up taking myself to changing rooms and picking out a few jackets to guess my own correct size. Then asked by one staff member if I was ok explained I needed a jacket to match and would like some idea he seemed a little more enthusiastic till the phone rang and that was him gone. I found a jacket that I liked and stupidly brought it knowing full well the service was terrible and they didn?t deserve the sale. I would not recommend this place to buy anything from or even to get information on suits/ formal clothing! Just tragic.

Staff were lovely and really attentive with all the suit fittings. And suits were amazing. Only complaint is that you have to drop all the suits back within two days after your wedding. I tried to drop them off where we got married in Chester but the moss bros had closed down so had to wait till the next day. Got charged £10 per suit so £70 in total for being one day late, it had left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, a real shame.

Had an appointment booked here, drove almost 2 hours, and had all my groomsmen set aside plans to meet me here. Barely felt like an appointment as the gentleman didn't seem to be interested in helping at all and was either disappearing or spending time looking at the computer. The suits were nice, but I felt hesitant to order anything due to the disappointing lack of customer service. As such, we went to another suit hire business, which was very helpful, and we ended up getting suits from there.

When I?ve previously been to this store I?ve found the customer service to be pretty terrible, but the staff I met today couldn?t be more helpful! Harry and a younger team member measured me up and got the perfect wedding suit ordered for me. They were so friendly and talked me through the whole process. Harry was also particularly good at training the younger team member on how to measure up a suit which was lovely to see. Unfortunately I can?t remember the other lads name, but these two were brilliant! Thanks guys

We bought a shirt, cufflinks and a tie for my husband. It was hard to get someone to help us find what we needed. Eventually a gentleman with a long brown hair came to help us find what we were looking for.Small shop with a decent selection of products

Went to the Rushden Lakes store early this morning to buy a suit for a wedding. There was also another man who came in after me who wanted a suit too. There were three members of staff, none of them really wanted to help, we persuaded one to assist but to be honest we just felt like we were inconveniencing him. My wife asked the other staff members a couple of questions, they also seemed more interested in the computer and some parcels than helping.The other man didn?t get much help either. I left empty handed and went to NEXT, very helpful staff and we purchased a suit. We also met the other man in there who said that he had felt the same in Moss Bros. Potential sales of two suits lost!

We Visited Moss Bros to look for a dress shirt for my very slim and tall son, Ruben attended to us and with just a measure of his neck Ruben was able to determine what style and fit was correct for him.
