Very hard to move around the store if there's more than a handful of shoppers around due to its small size and high dense racks throughout. Clothing items appeared good quality and wearing well so far. Prices are the higher end of the scale but they do have some good discounts during sale periods.

Some worker keeps coming up to and asking any teen what they want and then follows them around everywhere and follows them on their way out of the shop and sometimes watches them walk away for 2-3 mins, also she sometimes kicks some of them out of the shop after they answer her on what they want.

Had a really positive experience being served on the phone by a kind lady called Melanie I believe, whose gone out of her way to help me find a pair of boots in a specific size from another store and arranged for me to have them easily exchanged in store for the ones I?d ordered online. Very polite, willing to help, professional, and friendly. Exactly what you hope for but don?t get everywhere all the time. Thank you again for your help!
