I would have expected the store to have caustic soda form cleaning a slow running drain . The staff member I spoke to didn't even know what it was ,thought I meant soda water. Eventually got some in the village shop in Silverstone Crofts stores

For some reason the floor causes huge static build up and you constantly get shocked touching the trolley and shelving! It's like being in an old carpet shop from the 90s!

First visit. Great wide range of produce, especially for chocolate lovers - they have just about everything imaginable, as well as the usual range of other goods. Did not venture into the garden centre this time.

Second time weve been follwowd around the shop . I sepperated from my partner she waited with our items whilst i went to find things she was then stared down and made uncomfortable when she came to the till with me and said ill wait outside some employee ran over to ask wheres she just gone to which i advised her thats my partner and is the second time you have racially profiled her . Too which she said oops and quickly disappeared. The manager is sharing his 1 brain cell amongst his staff so not at all helpfull. Will not be returning.

Awful RACIALLY PROFILING staff. My friends girlfriend was stared at as she was stood watching our things as we went to find another item. Then when she went to wait outside as we paid, another older female worker ran over and asked where she went. My friend informed her they have been racially profiling her girlfriend and the worker just said 'oops'. Don't support this shop.

Just ridiculous staff! Wouldn't sell me a Halloween hair spray because I asked my 5 years old to give £1 to a women at the till as I was holding a 6 months old in my arms!!!!!!!! Last time I've been to this shop

Good price and range, but rude staff, especially the older lady on the tills. Makes me feel like I'm being told off whenever I buy something.
