Get fuel ANYWHERE else! They have taken advantage of the current situation and increased the price of fuel exorbitantly- diesel tonight is 144p/l. The customer service is terrible and unfriendly. Would avoid if possible.

A good station overall, I would just have to knock it down a star as the forecourt is quite tight. A handy Budgens store on site though to get your daily needs

The staff need a customer service course, they are miserable and unfriendly. If u don?t like your job get another one!! There?s no need to be rude, good manners cost nothing, the man I dealt with yesterday around 3:30pm was the most miserable human being I have ever come across and the older gentleman, I?m guessing the manager, is no better. You can?t be like this in a customer service role it?s diabolical behaviour! I have been using this garage for 30 years and it used to be a friendly garage but current owners have ruined it! Well I?ve had enough of the staffs attitude in this garage. It?s a bit further to go but will be using the shell in Towcester from now on the staff there are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. The BP garage could learn a lot from them. I fill my mums car up up for her too so just lost 2 customers.
