Wellbeing is a good gym, with a very personal flavour. Cathal is an excellent personal trainer. He watches the body movement very carefully and tracks issues and injuries carefully. He always has a program planned and changes it to suit the conditions presented on the day. great job!

Really enjoy training with the team at Wellbeing Fitness. A great team of highly trained health fitness professionals that really know their stuff. Consistently friendly and supportive - motivating you to reach your goals. Been so great to get back into the studio consistently too recently. Highly recommend. f you are considering training with them - just go for it!

Dean had planned an interesting and varied circuit (as he always does). There was lots of options shown for each exercise to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and people's injuries. I felt it a beneficial and enjoyable work out.

Trainers who listen, help and support. We joined February 2020 so almost immediately went into Lockdown#1. Wellbeing?s flexibility to continue training over the last year has been exceptional. We?ve enjoyed every minute with a variety of knowledgeable trainers who have encouraged perseverance and we have successfully become fitter and stronger.

Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I love the way the trainers always find time to check that everyone is OK; and tailor the exercises to suit. They certainly keep us on our toes in the bootcamp classes, and encourage us to give of our best throughout the duration of the class - especially towards the end, when we're all flagging a bit. I also love the diverse population that you see in and around the gym, it's so encouraging. Full marks, for coming up with such a sensitive and effective way of being fit and well
