I overheard a very rude member of staff saying to someone who brought in donations 'They are in very good condition, aren't they? You do know charity shops have to pay to get rid of stuff they can't sell.' I understand the need for good quality donations, but I won't be going in there again.

They?re not open when the published opening hours say they are. For example already closed well before 5pm on a Saturday.
