How are you ment to pick up a prescription when your lunch hour is between 1pm & 2 but you won't give prescriptions out at that time as the chemist himself is at lunch?? I live alone. No one can pick it up for me .

Staff are always as helpful as can be. They chase missing prescriptions. The pharmacist is always full of helpful, useful information too. Never kept waiting long either.

I've been hesitating about posting this review as I generally like this pharmacy - most of the staff are friendly, it's kept very clean, and they have a decent range of products on shop floor. However I'm loathed to give this review 5 stars as there is one major gripe I have, and it's to do with the attitude of one pharmacist in particular. I'm unsure of her name (I want to say Donna, but I'm not completely sure) but I've been served by her almost every time I've come in specifically to pick up a repeat prescription. Whenever I'm being served by her I'm made to feel as if I'm being a burden or wasting her time - her speech is very curt even though I've seen her casually chatting with other customers, she almost always has a disinterested or annoyed look on her face, and the only variable I can think of is age (I'm in my mid-late 20s, and the people she tends to act more friendly towards look to be in their 40s or older).I'm not deluded enough to think that anyone who works behind a counter needs to treat every customer as if they're the most important person in the world, and I'm not even particularly bothered about making small talk, but her stark shift in attitude without any apparent reason is a bit perplexing and very upsetting.
