Seen a few negative reviews and can't get my head round it. The staff at the post office are always friendly and helpful. They've a lot of patience and I've witness them going above and beyond for elderly customers on a number of occasions.

Refused service for the 5th time at 5.25. Muckamore Post Office opening times state it closes at 5.30pm however the till positions are regularly both closed and the cashing up done at 5.25 and even before this, effectively this Post Office branch is not trading after 5.20pm.

Very cheeky, unhelpful staff. Even though on the royal mail website it says bank cards are accepted as valid ID the member of staff wouldn't accept it, when I said I can get some photographic ID out of the car they said cno we're closing now" 5 minutes before the advertised closing time.
Terrible service.
