“Love shopping in HB but only thing I will say about my experience today was that the guy who served me wasn't very pleasant,he didn't even say thank you,which I think is rude,the lady before me also emphasised her thank you to him as he didn't say it to her either,didn't get his name but he spoke with an English accent,i don't appreciate this as a loyal customer in HB.”
