Card machine ate my card and then I was told that because I don?t bank with them they can?t give my property back. Only got the card as I would not take no for an answer, however during this the woman in charge? thought she?d take the liberty to make a fool out of me such as telling me I?m lying to her that my card is £50 to replace. Was also made apologise for no reason or the card wouldn?t be handed back. Don?t know what type of life lessons she thinks she?s teaching here?No point in beating around the bush she shouldn?t have the liberty to work in a bank when she couldn?t treat a dog in a nice way never mind a person. Will be taking this further. Feel sorry for them in there tbh.. how sad ?

I love banking with the Halifax who just makes things so simple and straightforward.The Ballymena branch is fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable, supportive and couldn?t do enough for you. They always have time for anyone who needs assistance and perhaps aren?t confident with using the app or online banking.

Cannot ever get to put money in to my bank account through their two cash machines.!!! For months now both machines are stating that deposits cannot be paid in. Ridiculous service as not everyone can go into bank during working hours. Seriously feel like switching banks because this is ongoing since January 2020.
