  Fantastic when it comes to pharmacy and prescriptions but terrible customer service on the shop floor by one particular member of staff in the Ballymoney Main Street store. I bought an item and returned it within 5 minutes of leaving the store, unused and packaging undamaged. The staff member proceeded to open the product and damaged the packaging then stated she could not refund or exchange due to the product (electrical) having been opened by me, however she had damaged the box with her inappropriately long fingernails. I challenged the member of staff when I was handed back the product and she denied having damaged it then proceeded to then open the box infront of me. I have never experienced such poor customer service from this store and have used it on many occasions to buy perfume and toiletries. I would not recommend buying electrical products from this store due to the returns policy and poor customer service.

  Very nice place to shop girl at clairns counter very helpful will shop there in future
