A member of staff called police and accused my daughter of stealing by name . When police arrived at my home with video footage , The person looked nothing like my daughter and it was plain to see. A vauge apology from other staff as we went down to see why this happened . How dare a staff member try to blacken my daughters name . Maybe more training and better camera footage would benifit your store.
