Staff very insensitive to the needs of a customer today 1st March 2023 who was visibly in pain & asked politely if they could use the basket on wheels to take items to her car even though not usually allowed she would bring it back. While the girl said she would struggle the staff member ignored her just pointed to bags. The young woman took bags & hobbled out to her car. I was so angry I was afraid to speak for fear of coming across as rude. The staff member was so rude enough for everyone.Having witnessed this I feel I cannot support the store in Ballymoney at present. Unfortunately I didn't notice the female staff members name.
