Amanda, a member of the counter service staff who carried out the necessary check & send service for my mothers passport application was extremely helpful, patient and understanding.A friendly, professional woman who carried out all the checks, went above and beyond! Much appreciation! Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this Post Office branch & the friendly professional service provided by the staff.
