Terrible!! They are selling people expensive goods with missing parts, denying that they pack them in store, surely that's what their job largely entails... packing?! Also refusing returns due "covid" however their current customer information online states items can be returned at any open argos store! And if not why do they not check their products before selling to the public!. Their customer service is condescending and very rude too unfortunately. Will not be using argos ever again. Buyer beware.

Shopped with argos for years,but had a problem with a new cooker,it blew up&burnt my kitchen unit doors&hob,a few months ago&I'm still waiting for them to rectify the problem,but there dragging there feet¬ very forthcoming. Dont expect this after the loyalty we have given them not to mention the£££££££,Xmas is coming &still no cooker???Comeon Argos do the right thing,?

Hmm not very happy visit today, I really needed a small wardrobe to keep my uniform in. The missus and I work all week so home delivery was not an option. I looked at the catalogue first, chose my desired item based on the fact that it said 'Take home today', typed in the number on the screen only for it to say 'Home delivery only'. Eh? What's going on? Getting a bit cross I walked to the queue and waited my turn. The cashier was very nice and polite, I told her of my predicament stating that this was my only day off until next week and that I wanted what the catalogue had said what was available. No chance! Didn't have one. But fair enough she said they'll get one there for the morning. So come on Argos, sort yourselves out

1 - stuff most of them rude, specially manager (woman blonde hair) had collection DPD said been delivered to their store, went to pick it up, guess what no one had a clue where it is , Manager showed up with attitude telling me that hasnt been dispatched yet so showed her delivery note , she replied that person who signed for it is not working that day and i have to go and find out where DPD delivered my item . all of sudden box was sat right where collection items should be, i didnt hear an apology or anything she had a go at girl where she had her best to help me , this the second time where i had problem with argos Managers , are F.... rude they think they are the bezzz nezzz . go and get proper job.
