The worse place ever I am a resident in NI my mum is over from England we are the UK and they refused an elderly women an emergency prescription due to saying they not excepting them in NI but Ards shopping centre took the Prescription and sent me to Bangor as they only one to have items in stock but then Ards lies to cover themselves so would not give me as she said we do things differently in NI I said I know I live here she said you sure I could have lost it. city status don?t think so so went to the best one in Ards and guess what I got the items so boots in Bangor and boots in Ards never again totally a joke no wonder there shops are closing total disgrace to the profession?. Go to someone that cares not them.and again to boots I live here as you not want to listen to that and she my mum is on a temporary so why would I got it from somebody else you are all a disgrace.

The appetised baldy moron on the pharmacy could **** up a cup of coffee. Told the clown I needed my inhaler after the surgery, who are also special needs, didn?t bother processing the prescription in time despite their own website being down for days. He didn?t have the 250mg in stock but had a 200mg in stock however he wouldn?t give me it as he believes he has no agency. So I rang the out of hours doctor who oked the 200mg but never bothered posting the script despite saying it would be 1 hour (it?s now 4 later). So after a third call to boots pharmacy in person I?m heading home for the weekend with no inhalers. They get you reliant on their bone thinning allopathic muck and then deny you access to it when you?re in withdrawal. This chubby clown would rather see you risk death than give you a 50mg less dose. Unfathomable levels of mental illness on display.Imagine withholding life saving medication from someone over 50mg ? This system is broken beyond repair. I guess that is the drawback of being an equal opportunity employer. Now I can?t sleep or breathe thanks to the morons who gave birth to and the ones who hired this odious little troglodyte. A truly pathetic excuses for a pharmacy. Unsurprisingly I?ll be taking the prescription elsewhere.

I had sudden hearing loss called into Boots for ear test. I was terribly upset, the young girl saw me straight away gave me advice and recommended Earol, provided a letter to my Gp and booked a hearing test appointment. Very helpful and friendly

Handy for when you're downtown and need some essentials and also health products and meds. Always saving my points so at the end of the year I can treat myself to some nice perfume or make-up.
