Lovely staff. Had us booked in on a quiet time as my oldest boy is autistic. The staff was very patient and considerate which put our boy at ease. Not cheap,but worth it for the great service.

visited a very deserted Bangor high street yesterday but was happy to see Clarkes open.\\npopped in to check out a pair of £100 new in trainers I saw in the window.\\nthe second level of the shop had maybe 2 staff with lots of children being fitted.\\nthere was a member of staff in the window at the front putting a poster in the window..she totally ignored us , despite hanging around in clear view we were not acknowledges and eventually we gave up and left.what awful service for an already dying high street.

Liam was superb in helping us buy shoes for our son whom has autism. We entered the shop with James not wanting shoes but were so lucky to have had such an understanding young man ??

Lovely boots, but a shame they didn't have them in the colour I wanted. Good ordering in service though, with free delivery. Staff were very helpful.

Super friendly staff my daughter was very happy with her new shoes she didn't even notice the covid shields etc because it was all so friendly.\\nI like the booking in advance and limited customers in the shop feels less hectic.
