Gemma is simply AMAZING. She is the definition of true customer service. Not only will I use her again - she?s actually inspired me to revitalise rooms I had no inspiration to even touch. I visited today to get a paint colour for some wood panelling in my bathroom. Her guidance, help and support was invaluable as I felt very lost and intimated before I arrived. I left feeling eager to get started ! A personal service from someone who actually cared about my project and didn?t make me feel silly for not having a clue!
