Very poor customer service Bangor store , asked a member of staff " could any one help me with a rug " she answerd I have got my hands full , I could see she was carrying a box , all she had to do was to put the box down and help me, but she decided to carry the box to the far end of the store , and not return to help

Went in to look for cooking utensils. But they didn't have what I wanted.Good selection, though. But as someone ho lives with a disabled person. It has terable access for someone who is disabled, has narrow walkways, and items in those walkways. Not disabled friendly.

Dunelm. Bangor, Gwynedd.Shockingly bad customer service.Ordered pillows on Click and Collect.One pair was damaged with a hole in packaging and a stain on one pillow.Returned to store and asked for replacement.None in stock at store.Was told if I wanted to order a replacement I would have to pay delivery fee.When I noted I would order another on Click and Collect I would only get the damaged one backas it would be the only one in stock.When I noted that the store could try to resell a damaged item on click and collect I was given a shrug of the shoulders.Now I'm stuck with two out of 4 new pillows with no way to obtain the matching missing pair locally without a 100 mile return trip to Chester to click and collect or paying delivery fee.Not acceptable and no attempt to help a customer.AVOID THIS STORE.

What a wonderful team at Dunelm in Bangor. So impressed! We broke down on the car park of the store in our motorhome. The manager was so lovely about us staying there and even came out to check that we had food and recommended a fish and chip shop. What a lovely man.

Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a made to measure curtain nearly two months ago, STILL waiting for it. Twice they've cancelled the installation of it and not even told me!! And they only di fittings on Friday's....I work Monday to Friday and having to take time off for them to put the curtain up and to then cancel it absolute joke! And rearrange the time and date with NO consultation with me. Will not be a future customer.

Didn't shop today but met up with friends in the cafe, friendly welcoming staff, had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich which was served with a smile. We were fortunate to get a table it was really busy.

The staff on the tills are inept, rude, and obsessed with getting your email address. Had to take several faulty items back too, the quality of some of the products seems very unreliable.

I recently bought a quilt and pillow cases. The Pillow cases were labelled as a pair. Upon opening the pack at home, just a single pillow case. Took it back and was advised that the pack had the wrong sticker on it, changes as prices had altered. I was offered a refund and no apology for the inconvenience or offer of a discount to buy another pillow case. When I got that home I found that the new item had also been re-priced. It had a sticker over the old price with a 20% mark up!!Sharp practice Dunelm and unimpressive customer service.
