Used Mr Service for the first time this week. A number of lights were appearing on the car which obviously which wasn't good. Phoned Mr Sevice on Monday, got an appointment for the Thursday and by that afternoon, car was diagnosed and fixed for what i thought was a reasonable price. Few other minor issues were sorted also. They provided a detailed report of the diagnosis. Overall great service and will definitely be using Mr Service again.

Dropped my car in to get it fixed. Got a 408 pound bill didn't think anything of it till I properly looked at it realised they done alot of stuff that I didn't ask for nor was I told they where going to do the work. Then realised there wasn't anything on the bill that indicates they fixed what it was in for.Took it to the MOT and it still failed for a broken spring that happened in-between them and the MOT centre they till me.If you're going to go here make sure you one either get a quote or tell them if something else needs fixed in relation to that problem to give them a ring before doing any of the work

MOT readinessThey collected the car from my home address; sought approval to replace two tyres; provided a comprehensive summary of the work completed with a full cost breakdown. Also re-gassed the AirCon at my request. Car returned to home address on the same day and passed the MOT. High standard of professionalism and quality workmanship.

Needed new track rod ends and wheels aligned - Greg's quote was clear and concise - and price was very competitive compared to a couple of other well known local service outlets. Woke up to a flat tyre three days ago... RAC came out said it was a sidewall issue and needed to be replaced... but I already knew that I needed to replace both front tyres anyway so no big deal...Rang two companies: neither came out after saying they would... then, three days later, I rang Mr Service of Bangor County Down...He came out within two hours, took away one tyre and replaced it, then back and put the new tyre back on and took the car back to his workshop and replaced the other tyre and ALL for a lot less that the other two companies....I EVEN offered a tip and he refused saying it was "All part of the service"Service: Tires
