I've been in this shop next a few times and I've always had a good experience until I was really badly spoken too by the manager in there called Carol. In my experience she wad extremely rude too me and disrespectful too me when I tried to return a order I've never been treated like this before in a shop and I hope nobody should ever have to experience this kind of customer service again. I really do notrecommend going to this store

I had a really bad experience with the store manger carol as she was very rude to me when i was complaining about a member of staff as they were extremely unhelpful and she said it was not her problem avoid next when possible

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Apalling customer service. Returned an order of over £200 a week late due to having covid quite badly. Refused to give me a refund to the original payment method. Advised I should have went to the shop and returned the items 'with covid' as the guidelines stated you 'didn't have to isolate it was personal choice'. Have provided me with a gift voucher that lasted 3 months. Extremely clear to see this company have no sense of treating customers with difficult scenarios any sort of compassion or respect. Never came across customer service like it. Being a customer service manager myself I am speechless.

Great selection of clothing and homeware located inside Bloomfield Shopping Centre. However, as a mum of a baby and toddler, even with just a single pram, it is almost impossible to navigate the store due to clothing racks being crammed in. The racks and hangers often catching on the pram at worst in the babies/kids and womens section. Then other customers tutting and sighing at me as I try to manoeuvre round after being stuck is most unpleasant. I used to work in retail and we had a 1 meter rule to allow for most prams. This is not practiced here in any way. A very disappointing shopping experience compared to other shops.

Ample car parking via Bloomfield shopping center. The store is very modern and open plan. There are several well stocked floors with some great items on sale. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This is quite a large store compared to the last one that the shipping center had.
