Visited today to upgrade and ended up getting up and leaving due to the aggressive, ignorant, impatient idiot with the vile butterfly tattoo on his neck. He didn't have a clue what I was talking about. An absolute horror of a human being. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Leah solved my Apple Watch connectivity problems quickly and efficiently - she was very knowledgeable and helpful. This followed six calls to o2 tech support & two to apple, with no one able to fix or understand the problem. Great customer service!

was in earlier on with my dad who doesn?t have a clue about phones , some wee blonde boy was trying to help him. Was the rudest , clueless , most unhelpful person i?ve ever met. was giving dirty looks behind his back which i could see? shouldn?t be in customer service if you?re like that. would need to learn some customer service before talking to customers again

I only went into change my payment method on my 3 phone contracts, I got cheaper deals on all three contacts and even better that I was given a new galaxy tablet. The girl was extremely helpful and friendly and it didn't take that long to have all three changed

Called into this store on Sunday asking about a Samsung Smart watch young girl who talked to us had a face on her like a busted sofa....if she doesn't want the job give it to someone who does..every time we asked her about the above she looked at us as if to say REALLY no customer service skills at all..

Called onto o2 shop this aftenoon to get my ringtone extended and voicemail turned on as it keeps turning off . A mature female staff i sppke too appeated to be very abrupt. As i told her the number she puts in ti extend the ring tone and turn on voicemail does not regester. A guy phoned my no and yes it did work. By the time i got to aurora leisure centre my phone had rang . The voicemail had been disconnected. This has happened so many tmes with this code.So now I still have no voicemail yet agaun. ALL the rezt of the team are excellent.
