“We take our German shepherd to get groomed there and the girls are very good with him, even though he makes a lot of noise. Meghan is very patient and attentive towards him and she always cleans him up nicely! Books up quickly which is always a good sign of a place.”

“The staff are incredibly helpful! I visit with my kittens in harnesses using my wheelchair quite often, and with my kittens on my lap it's hard to reach & carry my shopping. Staff will recommend things to resolve issues such as softer litter for my kittens' paws, and point out products covered by vouchers in the app, then carry my choices to the till and then to my car for me. This extra help is paid for by selfies with the kittens! The kittens have come to love staff members Caz and Luned, and will calm down after seeing a big loud dog once we go to their friends. They love meeting new staff, who are always friendly. One kitten is so relaxed there he'll fall asleep while his brother's finishing off his exploration and playing with the automatic doors. It's a lovely day out with the kittens as they're happy to check everything and everyone out until they're exhausted.”
