My other half tried to return a part which didn't fit our slim line cistern. Guy said she had the wrong card and couldn't do the refund when I was sitting in work looking at the online banking and could see the transaction. As said below the staff in here two guys so unhelpful and summed up well below like they don't want to even be in work. Why anyone would want people like this fronting their business is beyond me.

Really depressing staff who seem unhappy at work. Bassets would be a much better option who have loads of stock. These guys should come with a health warning. Avoid.
