Great store and plenty of choice. I was in the store at Bangor Co Down looking for a baby seat. A member of staff was very helpful in picking the appropriate seat and went the extra mile and found out the seat that would fit into my car plus as the seat did not have any instructions with it as it was sold as seen she printed of the instructions for me. I think her name was Jesica, I can honestly say she has 100% customer service.

Great toy store if you are looking for something specific or special and there are many special offers in store. The range of toys is comprehensive and appeals to everyone.The sad thing is there are not many of this sort of toy store left.

Got 2 new bikes off them at Christmas 2021. Both are a shambles. One was scraped down to the metal when assembled, I was then told to bring it back and given a new one, then the chain went ! The other one had an issue with the tyre tube so it needed changed and they tried to charge us ! Never buy a bike from Smyths ! Whole thing has been a nightmare and ruined kids Christmas !

I was in store today looking to purchase some Christmas presents. I found it difficult to find what I was looking for. One young female member of staff quickly walked by with her head down and was unapproachable. I asked a young guy where I would find the items, he basically pointed and left me to it. I had walked are the whole store firstly, then went back to where I was directed. Couldn't find the items, left the store, will purchase online.
