I went to the store in Bangor, Wales to sign my 2 contracts with Three. And the staff said that he will help me to switch the account tomorrow ( Monday) because my husband switched from Giffgaff to Three so I didn?t know how to do. I came back on the other day and the staff rold me he made a mistake. He did the 3 contract for me with his mistake. He said that he will try to cancel it for me( because it still under 14 days) so he said that he can make sure it canceled. He tried about an hour and he couldn?t solve the problem. He ask for another staff there for help. They tried do something and finally they said it been canceled for me. I did ask them can i have any proof to make sure it been canceled. They told me they couldn?t give me anything but they can make sure it has been canceled. And I believed that. It been fews months and suddenly i just recognize every months they still deduct money from my account for that contract. I tried to call them ( the head office and the store that make the mistake to me) but no one want to help me. They keep saying that is my fault because it didn?t cancel it within 14 days. I feel like they make the scam to me. I have to pay over £600 for that even it is not my fault. And it seen like no one have the responsibility for that. I ask the staff ( on the call center) where i can make the complaint and he told me no where. I tried to contact everywhere and they just said it is my fault because I wasn?t canceled the contract during 14 days. It is just a joke. They told me their mistake and now it is my fault. Never never recommended this place. Don?t waist your money like me.

just want say how amazing the Santa at Bloomfields is!!! We were meant to have my friends son with us but he wanted to stay with his mummy. She?s terminally ill and is bed bound. With her being a single mummy they have such a tight bond and he just didn?t want to see Santa without her (he?s only 5) so when we got to Santa I had asked would it be possible for him to have a quick word over FaceTime with them both. Expecting just a quick ?hello?

Uberfone were, yet again, fantastic! I managed to get a charging cable end stuck in the port and thought the iPad was a gonner. Less than two minutes in Uberfone and it was completely fixed with zero charge! Excellent customer service again. Many thanks.

I'm an Iphone fanatic and I've been using them over 17 years now. I spent a fortune on a new Iphone from Three in Bloomfield Shopping Centre, and oh my Lord the phone was such a super duper failure. The quality of the phone was just terrible. The battery juice just disappears into thin air and the wifi connects and disconnects at it's own free will. If I didn't know any better I would say I'd purchased a used second hand phone! I know it wasn't a used phone because the seal was on the phone box so I know it hadn't been tampered with, but still the phone was such a big disappointment because I've never had such a bad experience with Iphones. I'd lost my phone receipt and was too disappointed to go return the mobile so I just passed the phone on to the kids to play with, and even they complain about issues that keep happening on the dud phone. I would advise anyone who purchases from this store to think twice before they purchase phones because the quality of the phones may not be as good as they're used to and sometimes the phone quality may be that of a second hand used phone. I had a really positive experience in the three store Bangor N. Ireland. An assistant named Megan sorted out a rather technical problem in literally no time at all! Another assistant Noah was equally tremendously helpful. Way to go three Bangor! Chris Geoffroy
