She took the jacket straight away and asked me if I would mind trying the jacket on for her and explain what I didn't like about it. She listened to everything I had to say, offered some advice. We talked style & fit. She asked would I mind if she picked out a few jackets for me to look at. Needless to say I am home with the perfect jacket for me. The leather is super soft, looks and smells of sheer quality. I'm over the moon. I have never had this level of customer assistance ever. One very happy customer. Thank you so much Roma.
