So iv not been in this place in over 15yrs same name same flavour which is great but staff not happy no smiles just the look of i hate my job. It used to be the number one spot everyone went had good laugh. Now they have removed all but 3 tables needs tlc staff with a smile the place had it all back in the day the food hasn't changed still great but the place is a turn off lights are on but couldn't tell if it was open as inside looked like it was closed. It's a real shame to see they should look at the shops around it all packed it has a fantastic location great food just needs the life pumped back in. I really hope this place survives its been main part of the road for many years. Long before the rest.Parking: Parking at door or carpark Close by.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Myself and my friends placed an order 15 minutes before closing time and the attitude my friends and I received from the girl on the counter was horrendous. There was a full blown storm outside but as soon we received our food we were told we had to leave. We asked if we could sit inside for 5 minutes while we waited on taxis because of the storm but we were told we had to stand in the rain because they were closing. AVOID at all costs, these people do not deserve your money. On top of that food was incredibly greasy and less than mediocre!

Tbh, ignorant nasty staff. Food so-so and overpriced. I don't like leaving bad reviews but Arnold's 2022 should be avoided. Don't bother finding out what I mean. Glad other customers have spoken up. Arnold's used to be great. It's sad how far it fell.

Shocking. Horrible food horrible service. Woman extremely rude, unhelpful, terrible customer service behaviour, shouts and screams at customers. Won't be near the place again and I'd strongly advise everyone to stay away from the place.

This place just gets worse and worse. It used to be amazing but it truly is disgusting now. Never going near it ever again. Chicken burgers are rotten, beef burgers are like something you'd get from a burger van and the chips are by far the worst bit, greasy soggy and disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.
