Asda delivery ? superb, I get a delivery about every other week this year as I'm unable to visit the shop and everytime the drivers are curtious, friendly and on time. My Christmas shopping was as always excellently picked packed and delivered, with excellent dates. Well done, good job to all involved and a merry Christmas ?

id just like to coment on a young woman shoping at the trolly checkout who came after ne to pay for her shoping id left was just out the door when she said to me id left my change £5 pounds its nice to see that some of the younger ones thease days are so honest id like to thank her and wish her a merry xmas im 70 year old pensioner

Unfortunately cleanliness in female toilets very poor. Visited on Monday October 16th, overwhelming smell of stale urine , hand dryer out of order and no paper towels available

I've just come out of Asda today and it will be my last visit. Shop is dirty, floors look like they've not seen a mop in months. Shelves are a shambles very little stock, empty shelves and customers putting their shins at risk trying to dodge all the cages full of stock to fill out those empty shelves. The final straw. Spent 1 hr in store today mostly trying to find stuff as you've moved everything but during that hour I went back to the pizza counter 4 times no one manning it. Eventually spoke to a member of staff at customer service who says 'oh it mustn't be open today. No it must be open. No it's not open. So all that uncovered food on display on the counter is how you normally leave that counter when it's not operating. As I said. I won't be back. Don't bother with the standard we appreciate your feedback it's not sincere

ASDA toilets badly require a refurbishment. Floors are badly stained and urine is being walked across floor (see footprints in photo). Door lock broken on cubicle. Main door jamming on floor. Sealant around sinks and urinals deteriorated and possible black fungus.

Just got a click and collect order but it was someone elses order. I have made phonecalls to resolve but no one can help me! Someone else is going to be disappointed too

Incredibly slow understaffed checkouts - there are a lot of elderly customers in this branch which could do with more regular checkouts being open. A lot of staff manning the empty self checkouts

Disabled parking in front of the store is often blocked by Taxi's. Parking up or leaving can be a labour... perhaps they should have planned for a Taxi pick-up area that doesn't block access to those with disabilities.

Trolley locked on way out. Some sort of security feature..... No idea why it had happened and another customer had to tell me it was some sort of the security feature. Had to go and hunt for a worker who found it amusing. Not impressed... Not very well signed.. Made to feel like a criminal....very poor.
