I found out that Barclays funds fossil fuels and with recent deadly heatwaves across Europe I find this unacceptable. As a matter of fact Barclays is the biggest investor of fossil fuels in EUROPE and 7th biggest investor in the world. Not cool. And the response given is just greenwashing. Therefore I've decided to close the account and go with Monzo instead.

You will wait in the queue for ages, one cashier only working slow. If you need to do something in branch get ready for at least 1 hour standing there before will be your turn.

Sometimes machines don't work and the cashier is too slow. Once I tried to make a deposit with 500? notes and they said to me, for security reasons they can't accept those notes. When in one bank they have this behaviour we know the bank system is collapsing. Ridiculous situation. ???

Great services! Block your card no reason,this will help you control your desire to buy something. They have a good taste in music, especially if you have to endure more than 20 minutes of unanswered phone music! 24 hours non-stop phone service! In addition to the above phone music, you will also hear a low automated lady?s voice constantly asking for your card information and personal information, in case anyone forgets their identity. Barclays is always so sweet that it deserves a middle finger. Maybe two.

try to access my business account from the website of Barclays but it is down. probably for the 2rd time in 2 months. I do not how it happens when I need it , it is down. probably will move to other bank as the fees are extremely high -10-20 pounds for nothing. they even could not do my the app on the phone like the regular account

Given total runaround on the phone for 25 minutes then told I'd have to go to local branch to get problem sorted. Nothing but a crowd of shysters, totally useless and that's being polite. Be warned, take your business elsewhere.
