I had purchased an electrical item here just before Christmas which was no longer working. The manager advised me that electrical goods purchased from b&m only carry a six months warranty. I expressed surprise but he advised me this had always been the case and that he was 100% sure.Having been in touch with b&m head office, I now know that all their electrical goods come with a 12 month warranty. I can only conclude that the Cregagh Road branch manager couldn't be bothered processing a refund and invented this 6 months warranty.Disappointing Dishonesty.
