Went in for just one thing, came out with nags full. One complaint, last 2 times I was there no trollies were out. As someone who needs a stick to walk and who has arthritis in both hands, this made the trip much less pleasant, and stopped me getting some bits became i just couldn't carry any more!

Well thought-out stock, down side is, a bit cluttered. ,,to many stout women customers who just barge on while others are only using a basket to make room, such women customers rarely are polite or courteous and young mothers put their kids in the trolleys raising health issues, while some have screaming kids that are offensive to the elderly and infirm, so the appearance is very good, unfortunately the management are overlooking other issues that should be monitored.

Staff are not the friendliest. Very short, (verbally speaking), and impatient. The store however is the best B&M I know of nearby. They always have great homeware and furniture stock available!

Quite a busy store but normally find what I am looking for.I was there about an hour before closing so shelves were stocked and only one till was open, quite understandable as a store tries to minimize risk to many open tills close to closing, so don't expect many open tills when close to closing.Fair prices for what we purchased.

I was in store today and just want to say how helpful Neil was. He went out of his way to get me an item from upstairs. I wasn?t able to get the item myself but Neil got it for me made sure it was the right product and he was just lovely. He is an asset to the store.

Went into b&m connswater with my wife tonight 16 /5 /23. Went in for 2 items & came out with 10 as usual. We got the Mayflower curry. Best curry available for home cooking & only £1.19 a box.(does 3 meals). Store was packed to capacity & staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully back soon. Stephen

Middle of the road stuff ranging from alarms to zips, with some oddball stuff that can be interesting. Friendly staff and lowish prices make a trip here worthwhile. An updated review is that things that are getting more difficult to find in supermarkets at a reasonable price can be found in B&M stores. Stuff that is disappearing off the shelves of the 'big' stores seems to have migrated here.
