Build a bear is jst amazing and the worker Lauren doesnt get enough credit for her amazing heart ceremony, shes such an icon and is a personal fav worker -Zero (the blonde one)

This is the worst build a bear shop ever DONT GO HERE!!! First of all we had to tell the workers what to do the only reason I am giving it two stars is because only 1 of the workers knew what they were doing my little sisters day was ruined because of this! Utterly disgusting.

Great place but busy.Staff is great and pay attention to safety of the kids while someone do the pictures.The dome in the shopping centre was closed
