Very disappointed. I went to buy myself a coffee and wanted some hot water in a cup to heat up my newborn son?s bottle. But was told no, he wasn?t allowed to give out hot water?.. so my son will just do without then. Also, if you?re not allowed to give out hot water, do you not do americanos then?? Avoid at all costs, Synge and Byrne, couldn?t have been nicer and now I can have my coffee and my son can have his bottle

Refused to give me a cup of hot water to heat up my new born sons bottle, I didn?t even want a coffee but I ordered one before I asked for the water, wasn?t allowed to give it out apparently. So my question is, is Costa now no longer service americanos? Because the fundamental ingredients are the same. I?d like to know if this is a Costa wide policy? If it wasn?t for a Synge and Byrne kiosk, my son wouldn?t have got his feed when he needed it.

What a total rip off this store is, I was stunned by how much you charge when compared to stores in the rest of the UK. Most items 50p more so your simply ripping people off and like me sending them to your competitors

My partner was made fun of by a member of staff in the newry buttercrane centre. My partner wears hearing aids in both ears. A sleazy half man half woman wearing black nail varnish made fun. He refused to give me his name. I have made several attempts to lodge a complaint with no joy. A louise Smylie manager has refused to call me back despite messages left on her answering machine. But if they think that this disgraceful customer service is acceptable nowadays they are wrong. Shame on the guy in Newry and shame on Ms Smylie. I have sought advice and await an outcome. The prat might have to meet me someday and the shoe will be on the other foot.

Order was wrong firstly and when they got it right the Coffee wasn't hot and when asking could they heat it up they refused, very disappointing.

This is regarding the new Costa at Forestside Lovely new premises but the staff do not know what they?re doing, awful queues when there are so many staff and so little customers and was questioned as to why there were two of us sitting at a table for four when the place was almost empty, had to clear table myself putting the stuff onto another table nearby and wasn?t taken away by the time I left, just staff standing about and no organisation
