reserve for pickup is a joke. told at point of order which day it'd be ready, but it wasn't and there was no communication so had a wasted trip. decathlon's response says it's my fault because I'm expected to keep checking the tracking every day... but when it's happening to many many people (according to the lovely decathlon staff) it shows the system should be better at providing an automated update. when i do check the tracking (now 4 days later) the expected date still says the original day, which is just lazy programming.IF {duedate}<{today} THEN {duedate}= "Sorry, we're having some supply delays, please check back later"that single line of code would improve the user experience.

Love coming here to look around, plenty of new stuff coming in with different price ranges and technical detail. Good for cheap ski gear and beginner hiking equipment.

Nice store but have a really poor equestrian section. Many stores seem to stock little or nothing equestrian which is a shame because the products are generally well made and responsibly priced.

Travelled to get granddaughter a skate board should be ashamed to advertise skateboard sale . Choice consisted of stock you could fit in a toilet cubicle and near needed a detective to find the corner they were buried in. Online didn?t deliver to Northern Ireland so this massive online selection isnt available for either delivery or click an collect. Found board I wanted in Halfords of all places collect at store in few days click n collect

The nfc scanning is so handy. The one drawback is that customer services for returns is not immediately obvious in terms of signage and the staff are not always around but once they did come over they were so helpful!

Had everything we needed, beats going online as it is best to try things on. NB: hiking or skiing, remember that you will be wearing a base layer so for comfort, get a bigger size in top layer
