Got a coffee table. It started to split. They took it to fix it and it came back worse. The table was replaced and the new wasn't joined up square. Uneven at the joins. Way worse than the first table. Very poor quality

I hadn?t heard great reviews but thought I?d give them a chance. Visited the Belfast store with my wife and the salesman repeatedly referred to us as ?girls?. We told him we were looking a low end 2 seater sofa around £800 and that?s when he completely lost interest. After huffing and puffing round the shop and continuously calling us ?girls? we decided to call it a day and buy elsewhere.

I'm only giving a 1 because there is no zero options, purchased 2 x2 seater sofas which are not a Yr old yet , paid £114 for 5 yrs insurance with guardsman the 1st claim I had to put in I was sent out a wipe to clean the stain, which didn't work so had to get in touch again 2nd time a guy came out and spot cleaned the clean part of the sofa and not the stain,have also been told by DFS that Amazon sells a machine which will remove the bally bits that are coming up in the material stay away from this company I've had to buy a new sofa

Total shambles of a company.Delivery delayed with no update by 8 weeks, money paid up front so no hope of a refund.Customer service non existent just some BOT on line.Do yourself a favour and save the stress and buy elsewhere.

Great range of sofas. Was looked after by Sean who?s customer service was super! Had the baby with us, and he worked away with us no bother, baby needed fed that was fine carried on sorting out the sofa, baby fell asleep and Sean spoke quiet to keep from waking. Looked after us with coffees and had a bit of banter too. Poor man even stayed behind on a Saturday for us. Just a great guy who made us feel welcome, comfortable and got us the sofa we wanted/needed and explained all the t&c?s in layman?s terms too!

Strongly recommend never ordering from DFS.14 weeks and over £6k later, we are still without any sofas. They have given us the complete run around.Delivery was delayed with no explanation, we were then told two out of the three sofas would be delivered today. Instead we received only part of the other one that wasn?t due for delivery. They tried to give us half a corner sofa. This was the final straw after weeks of hassle.Customer service team are laughable. You can?t speak to anybody that knows what is happening, call backs can take 72 hours if they even do call back. The amount of times we have tried to call and find out what is going on with our order is beyond a joke.Belfast Team themselves seemed lovely when ordering, but it seems they are being misinformed also, and there is no number or email to be able to contact them directly.The manner in which our order has been dealt with has been completely unacceptable and I can?t stress enough.. do not waste your time with DFS.

Sofa arrived damaged in May 22. New part ordered. Arrived Aug 22. New part didn?t fit properly. I was offered new sofa from DFS. Arrived on 27 Dec 22. I was sent completely wrong sofa. Meanwhile they had brought my old sofa out to sit in the rain only to have it brought back in again soaked and for the whole street to have a sneak peak. Not a word from DFS from 27 Dec. I decided to contact them today. 16 Jan 23. Call handler told me it says in their notes that I rejected the sofa. Really!!!! Please!!!!!!! I don?t think so. You sent me the wrong replacement sofa. Call handler phoned the warehouse. Warehouse said it was nothing to do with them!!!!! Belfast store are dealing with it. Well can the person who was drooling at the mouth who sold me the DFS sofa in Belfast please get in contact. You were full of s?.

Recently I purchased a TV unit made by Dwell at DFS, as far as the furniture quality goes I would give it 5/5, very pleased with the new TV unit and the quality. However, the reason why I'm only rating the recent purchase as 2/5 is that the customer service at DFS in Belfast wasn't the greatest. Essentially, at some stage during the conversation with a particular staff member who was my advisor, her friend showed up in the store. Instead of finishing the conversation about the TV unit that I was planning to purchase she just ignored me and walked over to her friend to say hello and have a quick chat. I think this was very rude, unprofessional, and very awkward.

I was bit worried about getting a sofa from here based on the recent reviews but I have found them to be fantastic from start to finish. The sofa arrived on time and is of a good quality. I will definitely be shopping here again
