Unfortunately i would not recommend. We are on our first night of three here and we are not generally fussy people, we will stay in basic accommodation when we travel.The cost point was good as accommodation was basic however because the cleanliness is , and not being dramatic, non exsistent i just would simple recommend not staying for any price.Pros:Spaciousgood locationGentlemen i dealt with was very nice and polite.For an appt on a busy main road was very, very quiet.Sign in was straight forward and check in was hassle free.Cons:No hot water, no hot water in shower. Shower also blocked. tile work was all completely stained and corroded.Horrible smell from the entire apartment. I suspect it?s the carpets which were absolutely filthy.hairs all over the sink in such a place that could not be missed if the bathroom was cleaned which leads me to believe it wasn?t cleaned atall or at least very little cleaning was done.Presses filthy, heaters damaged and filthy. Roofs even had marks on them. Inside kitchen pressses had bits of food left over. press doors dirty.Kitchen hob was missing a button and masking tape was just put over the hole to cover it. Oven filthy.fridge stank. Freezer also reeks but could see the top drawer wasn?t cleaned.All furniture was scuffed or damaged in some way. All woodwork, skirts doors, ALL.. dirty in some way or marked etc..Really office type/industrial bland look to the entire apartment.Bed sheets had brown stains. I love a firm mattress but the mattress here had zero bounce it was like a board.Does not feel secure as the front door was open to the complex when arrived we made sure to close but seemed to be the only people closing it. A takeaway driver was banging at our door when we were asleep as had got in and came to wrong apartment.Tv does not work, flickers on and off. Tv remote smashed in half and just barely hanging together.. People casting accidentally to our tv as all TVs in the complex are named the same.We asked for a cot bed and where advised there could be a problem with the mattress and that i would be gotten back to which didn?t happen. I emailed 2 days before arrival to see if what type of mattress if any would be provided and got. I answer. When we arrived we did indeed have a cot and a lovely sheet for the mattress but no matress.Office style blinds in main room missing segments.We where on 3rd floor with a baby and buggy etc..no elevator which was a bit difficult for us.Id be happy to stay here at the cost if just even the basic cleaning and standards where adhered to but it?s below acceptable in afraid to say.

it is a very dirty hotel, it is not cleaned well, dust everywhere, the bedclothes are not changed, when I entered the room it smelled bad, the floor was sticky, the refrigerator was dirty. it is advisable to stay away from this disgusting placeRooms: the rooms are big but they are very dirty I reported to the phone number on the website but no one came to clean or change the bedSafety: you don't have security, there is no reception and people drink at night, take drugs and make noise in the hotel

The location was very convenient to bus stops and close walking distance to many areas of interest. Check-in was remote but easy. The staff we spoke to on the phone were all friendly. The rooms were nice but it was evident that although a non-smoking property they had been smoked in. The shower drained so slowly that you either had to turn off the water and wait or shower with just a drizzle. We also had issues with the washer/dryer - it appears to be mis-wired as the dryer only cycle would dump water in and soak items completely - meaning we could wash clothes but had to hang dry, them which took days. This was especially frustrating as we had relied on being able to do laundry here during our trip. We reported both of these right away but nothing was fixed during our stay.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner.. When we got into the apartment it clearly hadn't be cleaned.. Hair all over the shower, table and counters sticky and just a bed smell in the place.. To make it worse when we went into the bed the sheets hadn't been changed from previous customers.. Stains, makeup and dirt on the sheets and covers... When we called about it they were very unhelpful and just told us nothing they could do and to get in contact with booking. com... I'd sooner stay in a tent in a field before going back again.. Shocking....

We have booked a room on June 20th 2023 for sept 16th and we?re from the south and we got a message on booking.com not even a phone call to say they had cancelled it due to over booking which is there negligence! Then I called to see if I could speak to manager as they just cancelled didn?t offer any other solution was told get on booking.com and look it?s last min ended up paying extra for a room else double the price as it was literally 15 mins before we arrived absolutely ruined our trip! Stay far away from these don?t know a thing about customer services and also clearly can?t communicate absolutely shocking leave people in a position they did. Icing on cake I messaged at 8am to see could I check in early and was told it was 20 extra then to just have it cancelled a joke

When i first saw some of the reviews i was abit spectical but i can honestly say these reviews dont merit the actual apartment. Communication with the company was quick and easy no issues with getting the key etc. Yes the apartment did havea few cosmetic issues like burnt mark on the carpet few marks on the wall but i took photos soon as we got in the apartment and sent them to the company via email just so they knew they were already like thay so was no issue with my deposit. The apartment is ideally located just outside of belfast with easy frequent buses both ways and plenty of takeaways and shops near by. Yes was abit noisy on a night because few apartments in the building and the doors slam shut quite loud but that is expected even a normal hotel you would get few loud noises. Overall i was happy with the apartment im not a picky person as long as the apartment was clean and tidy and no major issue with the company which they were brilliant thats all i want. I also got my deposit back the day after we left which was great ?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company are vile. Their business model is a disgrace. My friend and I staid in the St Thomas Hall apartments in May for a concert. I took pictures of the apartment when we arrived and also when we left. The next day Dreams took £500.00 out of my bank account claiming damage to property. When I contacted them to ask them to supply me with all the info and pictures of said damage, they told me it was a mattress. I asked them again to supply a picture which they could not do because it was obvious there was no damage to any mattress. My friend was in one room and I in another. He had fake tan on the evening before and some of it had transferred to the top sheets. The picture I have is clearly showing fake tan. I offered to pay extra for new sheets if that is what they were concerned about but no. The story only gets more wacky. Firstly a security deposit is taken for any damages. That I am fine with, I understand people can be reckless and a business needs to cover themselves. When I queried that the fake tan transfered to the top sheets they responded by saying it was urine. URINE. At the top end of the bed. I can not believe they are going with this lie. Anyone can tell it's fake tan. Plus you would smell urine. When I challenged this, Dreams then changed their story and said it was actually due to an incident in Manchester. I was never in Manchester lol. So clearly their customer service team don't know what's what and are passing the buck and just making nonsense up. When this was challenged they then said that the maid assumed we were on narcotics. So now we are being accused of taking drugs. No evidence of this whatsoever and the fact that I do not take drugs. And even if we were on drugs (again we were not with no evidence of this) is that a reason to steal £500.00 from a customers account? I'd still like to know what the point they were trying to make with this defamation and lie. Then they said the police had to come out. No police ever got in contact with me. Surely Dreams should have passed my details on to the police to get in touch? would they not have to contacted me to investigate if there was a serious incident? Again more weird lies and no police contact. But what they failed to mention was the fact that an aggressive man had entered our apartment the morning of leaving, he came into the bedrooms and was shouting at us to get out. Dreams had said this was the maintenance man. What was he doing just entering apartments? We felt very vulnerable. When leaving I took plenty of pictures for reference as I always do no matter where I stay. I'm glad I did. This company is fraudulent. I have since contacted Booking.com who I booked Dreams through and have since contacted consumer arbitration. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The stay at this property was appalling and the customer service afterwards non-existent. I was staying with my young family (2 kids under 10) and a fire a fire alarm went off in the middle of night - we stood for over an hour and half outside with others and no one answered the out of office contact number for this large apartment block property. In the end I personally phoned the fire brigade, who came and had to check out the whole block before letting us in (it was after 3 am when we go in). From speaking to several people who had been staying there we found out the alarm had gone off on multiple occasions in the previous weeks. I spoke to the head of the fire team when he came out and he told me they had personally informed the property on several occasions that the fire alarm was defective. He advised me to leave the property as it was not reliable and breaking H&S with the knowingly defective alarm. I left the next morning, contacting the morning staff. The person I spoke to was apologetic and acknowledged that it had been going off on many occasions and wasn't fixed, saying he would get a manager to phone me back. They never did and they never responded to mails. When I phoned back on another occasion they pretended to get cut off. I have written requesting reimbursement - they didn't reimburse any of the stay. Nor did I receive even a response of apology. A very unprofessional place and shocking treatment of guests. I did not feel safe staying there knowing they failed to fix something as basic as a fire alarm when told to do so by the fire brigade.

Booked and payed for a night here since January through booking.com, months advance as myself and a friend had a concert in belsonic that evening end of June for friends birthday. 10am that morning of check in I received a email requesting a photo mine and my friends ID, which advised once vertifed a hour before check in (3pm) I was to ring to pay £100 security deposit and get the PIN code for door over the phone. Which I done that morning Our concert was at 6 and it?s a 2 hour drive I had said in my return email we be arriving at 5pm. At 3pm when about to leave I try to ring the check in number it just rings out. After a hour of non stop trying while my friend is driving I ring one of there other branches on UK who sent them a email saying we are on our way and to answer the phone. I send messages through booking.com, rang booking.com who also email them saying at this stage we were parked up outside property (which also has to parking which is falsely advertised) still no answer to phone or no call back from booking.com to try and help us. Outside the building I spoke to a girl who said to me that the building now has short stay residents who require social support and that she was there that day for one of these people. She was surprised I had a booking for 1 night stay. Come 8pm knowing our concert was well on the way and we still needed to get changed etc, we looked last min for alternative accommodation costing double the price of what I was hoping to pay, at this stage we were desperate and just want to get going. By time we got check in to somewhere else and then no time to change it was straight to concert it was 9pm & most of it over. All booking.com said was thanks for letting us know and they would cancel the Thomas hall booking free of charge and they do a refund. It absolutely disgusting and unprofessional to not answer a phone 5 hours & nothing !! And who then did we give our driving license photographs to? When we booked it in January it?s had 7/10 score on booking.com I now see it?s dropped since April with same problems as people not getting check in or spending hours ringing. On their website to there is no option to ring to complain or email A head office.

The most disgusting place. That place cries for deep cleaning and sanitising. There is mould in the bathroom. The carpets are so dirty that you wouldn?t be able to walk without shoes. Old food left under the sofa. Dust is everywhere and for an allergic person like me it was a huge concern. Just don?t watch in to the corners. Extremely hot inside of the apartment and no fans are available. You wouldn?t be able to open the windows in a living room as apparently you need a key which they haven?t provided. The contact with the management is non existent. Even if they pick up the phone and ask anything, they will say they will take care of things but they won?t. For example, we asked for an extra sleeping place even before me moved in, we came, nothing was arranged. Called them multiple times and multiple confirmations that they will bring the bed/mattress/whatever but nothing. Last but not least, there is a bar in front of the building, it is loud, always

One bedroom apartment no crockery etc to do any cooking . Water heater constantly not working and shower door falling off. Needs good deep clean as everything dated No hoover available either or cleaning products not even spare bin bag. Flooring stick to couldn't walk around in bare feet as dread to think what's been on floor
