Very disappointed in the service I experienced from Adam Hyland & a really aggressive sales executive Dawne, heard them taking about me when I was leaving all I wanted was some assistance & time to think, shopping is meant to be a pleasure maybe these two individuals should be sent on a customer service course to learn how to actually deal with customers professionally, went over to Abbey Centre and again found Manager just sat at her desk uninterested, was followed round the shop like I was stealing I will never visit another Dreams store it’s really not good enough I was intending on buying a Tempur mattress and bed.

appalling service, staff not interested in customers at all, they are all just standing around talking amongst themselves, i needed assistance and when going to approach staff members they would pretend to be busy and make out like they never seen me. NEVER visiting this store again. shocking!

I visited the Boucher road store and there was 5 staff standing around the desk laughing and talking and not one person approached me very poor service

Stàff in the Branch were fantastic especially Andy Cummings who could not do enough to resolve the mess that the company made if my delivery. Not impressed with the delivery service or customer services who just seemed to ignore me.

Waited 6 weeks for bed delivery. Mattress was faulty and took several more weeks to be replaced.

Avoid purchasing a clearance mattress, apparently the majority of these mattresses are comfort exchanges in other words somebody has slept on the mattress for up to 40 days and swapped it, I discovered this when I visited the Bangor branch after being told in Boucher by Adam the manager they are just x display.

Still waiting on a bed i ordered over 10 weeks ago that was meant to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Some of the staff have been very helpful and apologetic but unfortunately not all of them share good customer service. I have been really let down by this store.

Ordered a Grey Ottoman bed and Tempur mattress 4plus weeks ago only to be told the bed frame won’t arrive until Mid November at the earliest... only I called to enquire I still wouldn’t know..totally disappointed in service... surely in this day in age people can check stock from which you can order...debating cancelling order ... only reason I’ve scored them one ⭐️is that Gail ( manager) was going to lend me same bed ( different colour) until the other one arrived... Read on....One ⭐️
received call to say frame came early... and it was delivered...super job...but unfortunately my mattress was too firm and couldn’t sleep on it.... Contacted Gail ( Manager) I think... sorted me out with new one without a quibble.... now that’s what I call service.... I’ve raised my one star to 4 simply because of Gail... excellent service 👏👏👏4⭐️

Disaster of A Nightmare. Hence One star as my bed was under insurance. As my bed was under insurance I am almost certain I wouldn't have received a penny from dreams! If You As A Customer don't want to have a Nightmare With This Company I Suggest That You go to a more reputable and reliable Company!
