CAN'T BE TRUSTED WITH DELIVERY TIMELINEOrdered a bed in July 2023 which was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks. (the end of this story is that it never came, read on for furious detail)4 weeks later we were told it would be another 3 weeks.We then called into the store to learn the warehouse had informed our initial salesperson it would actually take 12 weeks, but they had neglected to think we needed to know this information.The 12 week mark passed and over the MONTHS that followed we were passed from person to person who reassured us of their authority on the matter and how the new delivery date would of course be the actual delivery date. No other beds seemed to actually be in stock and actually available to humans. How they are in business I do not know.(side note I am pregnant and horribly ill, lying on a mattress on the floor for all of this time)As the last intel we received was that it was 100% arriving with us 'mid to late November' at the latest, we rang up on the last week of the month to speak to another new person who said 'oh I don't know why you were told that. It definitely won't be until January 2024 at the very earliest.'At this point, we ordered a bed from Dunelm which came within the week and I am now living my best life. Dunelm 4evs.

Very long and complicated order cancellation.I needed to fight to get a full refund even though I contacted them via the form on their website the next day I ordered. (they wanted to charge me a 20% fee which would have been £105.80). After a couple of weeks a full refund was approved. Today I finally speak on the phone with a guy from the store and he done the refund for me. The guy was lovely and on point with everything! That is the only reason I give this company 2 stars.

We just bought and decorated a new home. We bought two king sized beds, with memory foam mattresses and pillows, duvets, a living room suite, and an armchair. The process of browsing and buying in-store was fine. The delivery was not. The delivery team caused damage to our brand new paintwork, as well as deep scratching to our beautiful new wooden flooring, as they manoeuvred the furniture to each room. Management then refused to accept any kind of liability, apologise, or offer compensation. This means that we will need to go to small claims court to seek the cost to cover the damage that was caused by them. Management / customer complaints team were rude, and genuinely didn't care. We strongly advise against trusting this company.

Got my matress from Newtownabbey store in 2016 and honestly best matress ever, so returned to dreams as it had started to dip and I needed a new one. Gave the girl the name and brand of matress I had which was classed at the time as a soft no roll matress. I told her im a combination sleeper between my back and side but tend to sleep on my side more. She took me straight to her recommendation and said it was a little firmer than what I had but that's what I needed if my other one dipped. I was really unsure about it because it felt nothing like the matress I loved but after some reassuring ( told me it was the matress from Galgorm and very popular) I trusted and went with it. After a week i was in agony and couldn't take it, every movement my husband made I felt. When he lay beside me the weight of him was pulling me over to 1 side and causing me to lay in a twisted state. I contacted them who told me I'd to wait 30 days before I made a switch, after 20 I physically couldn't hold out so they agreed. I went back to the shop and they told me again you definitely need a firmer one again because it tends to be the softer the matress the more you feel the roll on the middle. So again was shown the same brand of matress but next step up in firmness. I lay on it for 30 minutes just to get the feel of it and initially it felt good. 1st week I did sleep on my back because I was so sore from the previous matress I couldn't lie on my side, I couldn't really rate much because I was quite sore. I did notice my sciatica went away but as time went on the pain in my shoulder got extremely worse. I noticed it's because I'm turning onto my side during the night. Ive reciently been told firm mattresses are not good for side sleepers. The bed is so firm I feel like I'm sleeping on a brick. The sides of my thighs feel cramped and numb every morning and my neck feels stiff because I'm not able to relax, i feel like ive a bolder behind my shoulder blade im so knotted up.. I just don't no how I went from a soft matress I once loved to lying on a brick that cost the guts of £2000.. I was initially told you can only exchange once and pay the delivery fee of £50 which I have done. I'm not usually a fussy person either but I'm in serious pain. I've actually lay crying multiple mornings because I've slept horribly and the pain is something else. I had a better night's sleep on my mums £120 matress out of a van that's 8 years old than I have in the 12 odd weeks on 2 mattresses from your store tgat may i add was recommended to me. Like is there special circumstances we're dreams will allow a 2nd exchange? So I can go with my gut and get a soft matress again. I have arthritis in my neck and couldn't cope with this long term. I'm really struggling!

Fantastic customer service and mattresses! I ordered 2 mattresses online and didn?t realise the quick delivery was only on mainland UK. I got in touch with the store and Rebecca very quickly sorted this out for me. The mattresses I had ordered weren?t available, but I got 2 upgraded mattresses (at no extra cost to me) and these were delivered within a few days. I?m delighted with my purchases, and touched that some companies still show compassion and kindness in this day and age! Thank you very much to Dreams, and especially to Rebecca. Sarah.

Called in too look at beds as soon as you walk in there straight over in your face what you here for , I said I'm just having a look if I need you I'll give you a shout but the bald guy wouldn't talk no for an answer do you want tea / coffee following me & my partner around all the beds telling my pregnant partner to lay on the beds making her feel uncomfortable very stressful shop trying to force things onto you that you don't want plus went upstairs to have a look & yet again up he comes honest to God just leave customers to look in peace instead off watching & following them very stressful shop

Called tonight and was approached by Dave who was so helpful with my bed purchase. Everything was easily sorted and I'm expecting my new bed being delivered free of charge and with two free pillows added also. I was offered coffee or hot chocolate which was a nice gesture.

Dreams has good selwcrionnof mattress, beds, and sofas. Can be a bit pricey but give good deals and finance and do process fast. Just some snaps when I went looking for some sofa.
