Terrible experience. The shop is too far away from Belfast City center and u need your car up and running to go and get your parts from the shop.

I was told they had competitive prices cheaper than anywhere else it turned out Halfords was cheaper but the only thing about Halfords they are dead slow

Ordered click and collect, only one guy on the front desk and had to wait in the queue even tho there was a separate section for collect orders.

A very useful place. Like the Argos of the car parts world. I purchased a new premium branded battery for my car with a 4 year warranty. Very competitive prices and the guy behind the counter was very informative and helpful.

Staff friendly but felt like I needed a ouija board n translator for a simple purchase. Went to Halfords instead and no hassles.
