Husband and I just bought our suite of furniture for our living room. We were served by Rebecca, a new start to Harvey's, and she was excellent! Lovely to talk to and have a laugh with. She made us feel right at ease buying our sofas! Harvey's is a great place!

Pushy salespeople only interested in closing a sale, trying to report an issue with a chair I ordered was completely pointless, was given a customer service s email address that did not work. Now trying a different customer services email and still waiting in a response a week later

My husband ordered a electric 2 three seater sofas and a storage footstool in the August of 2018 he paid cash in hand on that day , and the rest of the cash the following week. Arrival of our furniture was booked for November 2018 which we recieved , but one of the sofas had the full back missing, which was not the delivery men's fault . But when I rang Harveys Boucher rd they said to ring head office , which I did a few times offering me a call back from manageress Diane , this call I did not recieve it for a few days . There is a long story to this but just to say I would not recommend Harvey's to anyone as I still have not recieved my replacement and its now April 2019. There are 2 photos added .

Ordered a dining table and chairs. Delivery date has been and gone weeks ago. No word from Harveys. Called and was told it was now out of stock and to keep phoning to try and get a delivery date! How is this now my job!

Ordered furniture on the tail end of October and still has not arrived promised multiple delivery dates and let down each time. I wouldn't waste my time with them!

Bought a leather suite from here a few years ago and it sags. Also, one of my children left a 3 cm pen mark on it accidently. As i had taken out insurance, I was guaranteed a replacement cover within 2 weeks. It took a year to replace it!! Not impressed! ð??

The staff member I was dealing with worked upstairs in the beds department but tried his best even though the girl he had to go to to get my questions answered was not busy. In my opinion she should have come over and answered my questions directly.

Does what it says on the tin. Had one or two issues since purchase. Be aware in store sales staff want/can't help with ANYTHING Post-sale, it's all phone to England from then on. But disgruntled.

A great furniture store offering a good range of sofas, beds, and dining room furniture. Prices are comparable with the like of DFS, as are their finance options. In my opinion, they offer a better range of dining furniture than DFS. Their beds however, are not as good a range as the like of bed specialists as Bensons for Beds. Notwithstanding this, it is a great shop, moderately priced, offering quality of craftsmanship.

Im bought a corner sofa on the 6th of January and today is already the 9th of april and my order haven't been delivered yet and not even a phone call or a text message from the shop. When i call nobody there can tell me anything they only say my order is not updated on the system yet.
