This branch is first class.There is very little waiting time and there are alot of staff,who are more than happy to help.I dealt with a Gentleman called David this week and he went above and beyond for me.When banks are closing branches regularly,hopefully this one will stay.Very happy and impressed since I joined.

Located at the city centre in Belfast, HSBC is a good place for your banking needs. Good face to face customer service.The pictures attached are the inners of the HSBC building (forgot to take outside of the building).Probably gonna update when I get to take the photos of the outer parts of the building.Overall, it?s a nice and comfortable place.

I have been with this bank for more than 4 years, but I am thinking of leaving after multiple unpleasant experiences.There are a few nice workers who know what they are doing, but most of the workers are totally incompetent.First, my saving account was closed without any notice, saying that I haven't provided a piece of necessary information when it was discovered later that I did. But they couldn't restor my account and I had to do the whole process from the beginning. Which took additional time and impacted my saving amount.Another time, I was verbally mocked and abused by the worker at the branch and complained about it to the manager. The manager refused to investigate or to do anything about it, saying that it was my fault and taking the side of the worker. Such an experience! Never imagined that I could be treated like this in a bank.Also, there were many times when workers forgot to mention important piece of information, which was very important and could have changed my decision.Incompetent workers and managers that do nothing that clients would have better experience.

Card never arrived after over 2 months of trying to get a card sent. I was told a card was sent the second time I contacted someone. The next time I called they said the card was never sent and told me they guaranteed my card would arrive within five days. Its been two weeks and it hasn't arrived. That's about two months I've gone without a card.

very disappointing, I went to the branch to deposit a cheque arrived at exactly 9.30, waited 5 minutes where no one acknowledge me standing at the door, then we where told we couldn't come in due to a security issue, no other explanation, wasted time and petrol money.

We have never encountered such rude staff. After a lengthy wait as we hoped to open an HSBC account we met with a member of staff who seemed in a really bad mood.Astonishingly she was confrontational and argumentative in her questioning of us. Eventually we said, ?it seems we are wasting your time?. Can you believe it she said ?yes?. Hopefully our encounter is not typical of HSBC. Maybe we will open up an account online. But what happens if we have a problem and have to visit the Belfast Branch of HSBC?
