Very good customer service.. my exhaust needed replaced.. I was able to just drive in off the street(late Sat afternoon) & the Mechanic looked at the car.. told me what needed done, ordered the new exhaust & I went back on Monday & got it replaced ?

I was here today morning for vehicle safety check and had a great experience how the staff addressed me and diagnostic the car. They are very helpful and professional. I got my battery replaced instantly within 5minutes.I recommend Kwik fit for new drivers who don?t have any knowledge on car. They explain the issue very clearly and sort it for us.

Booked online for oil and filter change. On arrival (on time of appointment) all ramps were in use. Car was sitting in car park for an hour from booked time. What is the point of booking certain time, if your car is not taken on time you booked for and paid for it online? When you have appointment for certain time, your car has to be taken on that time, as it is your booked time for servicing your car. Seems like they taking not booked cars in between the ones which are booked, so booked ones sitting and not taken on time. Called in to collect car roughly two hours from appointment time, to find out that oil and filter not changed!!? According to them job was not done because of oil leakage, while there was no leakages at all before bringing car, so as no warning lights were on. I told them that there was no leakages, so just got my key back, without any offer to fix oil leakage. I requested for printed description of the issue, but they refused to provide it. Also I had to question them what is exact issue, and after few minutes got it written on small piece of sticker(?) No official/normal document/invoice were provided stating the issue. I assume that they wanted to sell non existing issue, but probably changed their mind then I said that there was no oil leakage before bringing car. Read comments and find out that someone had almost identical situation with Kwik-Fit at Ormeau Road. Very disappointing as I had my car serviced with them previously on few occasions and had no issues regarding their service. I though I turned into regular customer with them, but after last experience ,I probably will have to choose somewhere else. No refund were issued in place, but had to sort it online, which was reasonably quick, but that is not much to be happy about, as there was time and effort wasted and job was not for what car was brought in...

Work carried out in a timely manner and to a good standard also, Staff were also straight to the point in what car needed, Only reason for a 4 star is no tea or coffee on site.
