“Chose this hotel due to its proximity to PRONI and the SSE Arena, and the ease of travel from the airport. The chain has this weird nickel-and-dime attitude to some of it services: £10 for early check-in (either the rooms are ready or they’re not…), £5 (£5!) for 24 hours of fast wi-fi, 20p to add cream to your hot chocolate. That being said, the rooms are exceptionally clean, well appointed, and of a good size. The public areas, including the bar and restaurant are well kept up. The restaurant has a selection of decent food and drink; it is the breakfasts though, that stand out. But what really makes this hotel a delight to visit are the staff, who are helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to make a stay smooth and enjoyable. My thanks to them for making our time there so pleasant.”

“looking for a wall mirror, and this place has the largest selection in the whole of Ireland spread over 4 sites. Found a lamp also that we will purchase and saw a seat that we liked plus oak furniture a great place to find.”

“Good range of bedding, curtains etc. Expensive shop but you get what you pay for. The fabrics are quality material and original patterns. Even better when they have a sale.”

“just back from my first cruise organised by Angela Oasis Travel . had a hiccup with the taxi but a phone call to Oasis when on ship was sorted immediately. excellent holiday will be using Oasis in future”

“Big thank you to Ann who was working on Saturday, she appeared to be working at the curtains section and I asked for assistance with my click and collect. There was a lengthy queue and Ann came downstairs to sort my order out. Really appreciated”

“The best thing about this Travelodge is its great location. Another nice thing is the friendly reception and the cleaning staff.. About the room : The bed , chair and desk were similar to the modern Travelodge in Dublin. But this is where similarity ends: A diagonal dimly lit room , not small , three big windows inviting day light in(but we only came back to our room at night), a desk in the corner with no light above it, nowhere to put your personal belongings except for a few hangers (so we kept our stuff in our carry-ons during our 4 nights stay), clean washroom but old and worn out . Down at the reception , they could not help me with a desk lamp. In short the hotel needs renovation and/or better maintenance. No breakfast .Did I write that location was great ?Rooms: need better maintenance , and lighting = renovation !!!Food & drinks: ???? (at the neighboring pubs ,restaurants etc.)”

“No doubt this is quality furniture with a superb finish but it comes at a price and is not cheap but then it all depends on what you are looking for and one or two items in a home could make all the difference.”

“Nice central location with ample parking Friendly warm welcome from Apeksha on the reception desk. Security deposit had been communicated at the time of booking but was explained in a lot of detail Room was well equipped and clean. Cooker, washing machine etc. Bed nice and comfortable. There was tea and coffee in the apartment Night receptionist Mustafa was very helpful when I enquired about a later checkout”

“When i first saw some of the reviews i was abit spectical but i can honestly say these reviews dont merit the actual apartment. Communication with the company was quick and easy no issues with getting the key etc. Yes the apartment did havea few cosmetic issues like burnt mark on the carpet few marks on the wall but i took photos soon as we got in the apartment and sent them to the company via email just so they knew they were already like thay so was no issue with my deposit. The apartment is ideally located just outside of belfast with easy frequent buses both ways and plenty of takeaways and shops near by. Yes was abit noisy on a night because few apartments in the building and the doors slam shut quite loud but that is expected even a normal hotel you would get few loud noises. Overall i was happy with the apartment im not a picky person as long as the apartment was clean and tidy and no major issue with the company which they were brilliant thats all i want. I also got my deposit back the day after we left which was great ?”
