Went to collect my prescription which had been ordered online. Stood for ages while they had a conversation about who did the domestic duties? Eventually said excuse me and was ignored. Totally blanked and conversation about domestic duties continued. Totally unfocused on customer service. I thought tea breaks were for gossiping ?Mckays reply to mt review was way off the mark. The assistant did not apologise or go and get my prescription she did not even acknowledge meShe was to busy talking to the pharmacist about some man doing his own cleaning. The blonde haired assistant served me. Maybe a thorough investigation was required.

Friendly staff although a bit dopey. Very long wait times, usually have most of your prescription in stock but not always. No customer loyalty. Handy to Hollywood arches doctors surgeries.

If you have to wait at least half an hour for one prescription is not right. All of them think they are doctors. 5 minutes to make 1step. Its a shame.

Usually fine but rang up to check if a prescription was ready for the girlfriend and I have just spoken to the most patronising person ever. Obnoxious isn't the word!

Most people go here to collect their prescriptions from the Doctor and sometimes there is a queue, but the staff are quick to deal with the orders and you usually don't have too long to wait. They always have great deals on toiletries and you can get everything you might need from a pharmacy. Really friendly staff

Great big pharmacy situated in Westminster avenue. They have the click and collect prescription service which is handy , they also sell a wide range of beauty and skincare products. Also sweets, crisps and chocolate are on sale, mckays sell a wide range of over the counter medicines. Great local chemist.
