For 3 weeks the driver has been lying about going to my surgery for my prescription and saying it's not there. Every time it's been there for days waiting to be picked up.

I have to say the guy who works there is great BUT FOR THE STAFF can not say to much as they are not a bit helpful always Losing your prescription and when you phone your Dr about it Dr are tell you it was sent and when you go back they still can not fine it so you have to stand your ground with the staff sorry but yous are not helpful at all

What an excellent Pharmacy serving the community with such pride, professionalism, compassion & common sense towards us patrons.A reliable delivery service and such lovely friendly staff.Well done to all of you, well done indeed.Now if only the Doctors surgery (a few doors up) could learn from this Chemist and return to this same ethos of caring for their people the way they did years ago. I know we're all grateful to the frontline workers in our NHS & always will be. I think we should also be very thankful to all of our local Pharmacists and their assistants for the work they do providing such a key service to all of our families. The staff at McKeevers are always extremely patient, even when they've difficult clients to deal with. So a big thank you to Kevin and the team. You are all very much appreciated ?????

The Covid Dr/unit attended my mum who was critically ill and we needed medication fast. I contacted Kevin and he had everything we needed to get her temperature down delivered to us within 15 minuites. Mum is now recovering and Kevin's speedy response helped in such a big way. Just so understanding, an amazing service being provided to us and the community. I can't thank him enough.
