Went in this morning to upgrade my phone and move contract from Business. I selected a phone but when I asked about if they would set up the new phone. I was told they don?t have WIFI and mobile data could take a long time. I have bought all my previous phones there and the guys were extremely helpful. I was offered a leaflet to do it myself. As a senior citizen I would find the set up challenging. Very disappointed with the service.

The customer service in forestside is appalling. I asked for advice twice from them and was told yes no problem bring all in and we will sort...went in 3days before Christmas and got all set up or I thought they had but on Christmas morning the two presents wouldn't work...I went back into the forestside branch and when I explained they told me they couldn't help ring customer services. I then waited for a phone call from the manager from the branch needless to say it never came I had to contact them again....and he was anything but helpful either....I contacted another 02 shop and explained when I went they all all sorted inside 10mins.

Was instore on behalf of an 80 year old lady whose phone hadn't been working for a couple of days. Got the problem sorted super quick by Conor. He was really efficient and friendly and even got her moved to a payment tariff that was cheaper and better suited to her needs.

Just trying to speak to ANY shop in Belfast, no-one is answering the phones. So, Ive tried 02 helpline a few times, no-one is able to help. it may be that as a bank holiday here in Northern Ireland, they may be closed, but even 02 themselves don't know and can't even get hold of the information about their own shops, customer service seems terrible to me.

If your looking a pay as you go phone don't bother ...a staff member looked down her nose at me when I made an inquiry on behalf of an 84 year old who lives by herself ..I was absolutely furious went to Vodaphone were a nice LADY sorted me out.
