This place is an embarrassment to the city of Belfast. It is Belfast's main post office and it is extremely disorganised. Extremely understaffed. The self service machines don't work. You will wait for over 20 minutes before getting served. Absolute joke.

I went there to post an ordinary post. Staff was very rude, not helping, totally awful experience. Few staffs are good , and i could see that but there were a couple of staffs who are very arrogant . This is not my first time experience though. Felt really bad.

Yet another negative review for this Post Office sadly. Met with open hostility from a blonde woman (theme here) at the counter when I asked to change a paper note. She was unaware or willfully ignorant as to the process of changing the note. Can safely say this was one of the most demeaning customer service experiences of my life. This member of staff needs retrained or taken away from a customer facing role. I don't know who she thinks she is to speak to a member of the public (and looks like she's a repeat offender) or why she seemingly has complete distane for members of the public.

Customer service at the counter in the post office , Bridge Street , Belfast today was top class . Competent, personal , well trained . Could show other places how to treat a customer . Thank you so much .

Such an awful customer experience today (Saturday) in this branch. I've been posting things with Royal Mail for many years and before this time everything went smoothly, and the customer service from their staff always left me nothing to complain about. However this time, I was posting materials to apply for another conference visa and the staff at Window 2, from her name card she's a "Travel Specialist", woman in her 40s-50s probably, treated me in a very bad manner, no greetings, not responding to my inquiries, and she just told me orders to follow. What's even worse is, she let me queue twice with two tickets just to post my letter envelope with a prepaid special delivery bag.I hope next time and any following times, I won't be treated like this, cuz it's really started to feel racism out there.

I only use this branch now and again now, though I used to use it regularly, and it does seem like only the grumpy staff are left now ?. Can?t see the whole set up lasting much longer?

Staff refused to help, I'm no expert at postage but you at least expect human decency from the staff. Just a NO that won't do when they could see I was confused to the point I had to walk out with embarrassment and items I didn't need! go to Howard Street post office. Staff are so helpful and lovely and even refunded me for the mistake I made in Belfast City post office.As for this place il not go here again

Bad experience staff is rude not helpful.We renew my daughter passport through them digital but the spelling and some idetails wrong .Its better we do it ourself we pay for the service but now we are so stress of what they did.Too much error we always contacted passport office to fix their mess.....

Incredibly awful experience. As an international student, I didn?t know I was not allowed to take pic/videos in the building. Since it was my first time posting some important docs at a foreign post office, I took a video & planning to share it with my parents. But the lady at the counter shouted at me as if I were a suspect. Her voice was super loud until all the customers & the staffs kept staring at me even after the incident. Rude & disrespectful lady. Thanks for educating me, but I think you should fix your attitude. Why be in a customer-facing role when you can?t speak/ treat your customer politely? ? Your should relearn your manners. ?Treat others how you want to be treated.?

Very bad service . i went today to deposit money so i took token for business services but after wait my turn i went on counter one girl sitting there told me i have less then £1000 so i have to use other service option . i went to get another token and after wait 15 mins i have to went to same desk and deposit my money . when i asked why u didt took the money before and she gave me very atupid readon that u cant pass other people . i didt understand how i passed other people when i waited for my turn . she has absolutly no clue what she saying , very bad behaviour , rude and i dont know what kind of service they giving .. they have to change staff with those who know how to treat customer ...
